岗位职责 ─ Responsibilities ofTrainee in CDP: 培训生岗位职责： Completion of several months’ training programdesigned to develop the skills needed to be FOS technical advisor. This includes: 完成所规定和设计的培训项目，从而具备现场工程师所需要的各种技能。包括以下： ▪ Independent learning as well as structured classroom and hand-ontraining; 学习方式：独立自学、课堂式教学以及通过实践学习； ▪ Training focused on safety and UOP technology, processes andprocedures by which UOP delivers technology to our customers; 培训内容：专注于安全，UOP技术、工艺和流程； ▪ On the job training and value-added work in rotational workassignments in Operations, Technical Service, Regional Service, or Businessgroups; 实践学习：在装置操控、技术支持、客户服务以及商业领域等业务单元间进行轮岗。 ▪ Soft skills training, including cultural, conflict management, andcommunication courses; 软性技能的培训：包括公司文化、冲突管理、沟通等课程。 ─ Responsibilities ofFOS: 现场服务工程师岗位职责： ▪ Providing field technical assistance on new and/or revampedrefinery unit checkout and startups. 为新开工的和翻新改造的炼油装置在检修和开工前提供现场技术支持； ▪ Providing field technical assistance and field support fordevelopment activities in commercial refinery units. 为商业炼油装置开发项目提供现场技术支持和协助 ▪ Following required safety procedures. 严格按照安全流程工作 ▪ Providing feedback including suggested improvements on UOP processdesigns. 向客户提供运用UOP 流程设计改进的建议 ▪ Troubleshooting and recommending solutions while also addressingimprovement and innovative problem solving. 检修故障，提供解决方案同时提供改进和创新的解决方案 ▪ Coordinating commissioning activities. 协调被指派的各项活动 ▪ Transferring technology to customers operating and engineeringstaff. 为客户的运营和技术人员培训技术 ▪ Reviewing emergency and normal operating procedures with customershift operating personnel. 协助客户方倒班操作人员检查紧急的和正常的操作程序 ▪ Advising customer operating personnel on the establishment andmaintenance of the – various process variables necessary to achieve safe andefficient operations. 建议客户的运营人员设置和维护不同的可调整的流程从而实现安全高效的运营 ▪ Collecting and working up unit operating data and laboratoryresults. 收集和整理设备运营数据并做相关分析 ▪ Monitoring and advising on process operating conditions, duringtest runs. 在测试阶段监督和建议程序运营条件 ▪ Advising customer personnel during the performance of variousactivities routine to the long term operations of a UOP process unit. 在UOP 工艺流程日趋稳定后为客户提供相关建议 岗位要求 ▪ Master degree, major in Chemical Engineering from a reputeduniversity 硕士学历，知名化工学校的化学工程专业 ▪ Ability and willingness to travel internationally and domesticallyand reside onsite for long uninterrupted periods of time. (Typical assignmentsare four to six months but durations of one day to one year or more arepossible.) 能够接受较长的海外以及国内出差（通常期间为4-6个月，而且不排除1年或更长时间） ▪ Ability and willingness to endure hardship, esp. working in thesuburban and isolated environment for a long and consecutive period. 吃苦耐劳，尤其适应长时间以及连续在郊区以及偏远地区和环境下工作 ▪ Persistence and willingness to serve as FOS at least 4 years aftertraining program. completion.. 在完成培训项目后，有意愿和毅力留在现场服务工程师岗位上服务至少4年。 ▪ Demonstrated excellent communication, organizational, andinterpersonal skills. 良好的沟通，组织和人际关系处理能力 ▪ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. 熟练使用微软办公软件，特别是优Excel和Word. ▪ Flexibility to work hours that are dictated by customerrequirements and assignment scope. 能够适应客户的要求和工作的需要灵活调整个人工作时间 ▪ Ability to interact with customers on a global basis 能够和全球客户沟通交流 ▪ Prior work experience in an operating refinery or petrochemicalunit will be a plus. 优先考虑在炼化和石化运营领域有过工作经验的 ▪ Proficiency in both verbal and written English communication. 熟练的口头和书面英语应用能力
