要求：

-          国内外地质相关专业毕业

-          优秀的英语读、写、听、说能力

-          具有成功项目经验

-          熟悉国际矿业并购，了解国内外地质成矿背景，特别是贵金属及基本金属

-          能胜任国内外出差考察工作

-          在著名投资机构或咨询机构从业经历者优先考虑

-          45周岁以内者优先考虑

职责：

-          主要负责矿业投资项目技术评价

-          独立完成项目考察

-          独立审阅相关技术资料，回答技术相关问题

-          独立撰写投资分析报告技术部分

-          对于项目技术风险负责

Technical Director/GeologistRequirements:

-            BS in civil engineering; geology, hydrogeology, or related degree. M.S. preferred;

-            Graduated from both domestic or overseas colleague/university

-            Excellent English skills, both in spoken and written

-            Successful project experiences record preferred

-            Familiar with international mining mergers and acquisitions, understand geological mineralization setting with specializing in precious and base metal field;

-            Adapting to business trips both domestic and international

-            Working experience at well-known investment companies or consulting firms preferred;

-            Prefer age under 45 years old

Responsibilities: Successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to

-            Responsible for technical evaluation in potential mining projects

-            Ability to conduct the proposed project Due Diligence independently

-            Ability to review the technical report independently and be able to answer technical questions

-            Ability to draft independently the technical section in investment analysis report

-            Responsible for the project technical judgment and risk related

-            Ability to work with minimal or no supervision required
